Morning Star Development is a US registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and your donations to our work are tax deductible. Our financial records are audited annually by an independent CPA firm. As a member of ECFA (www.ecfa.org), Morning Star is committed to the highest standards of fiscal accountability and transparency. Our IRS 990 tax filing is available for public inspection.
